What is Commission Fee?
After an order is successfully delivered to buyers, TikTok Shop will automatically deduct a fee from the final order/payout settlement. This fee is the Commission Fee, an amount charged to all sellers (both local-to-local and crossborder sellers) in the Philippines based on the price of a product.
The Commission Fee rate is based on the cluster, category and subcategory of product on TikTok Shop.
From 00:00, January 15th, Philippine time, the Commission Fee rate is different for Marketplace Sellers and Mall Sellers.

Exemption Rules
Exemptions will be provided to sellers based on the criteria below:
- New Sellers
All new sellers will enjoy a 0% Commission Fee for 90 days.*
- *Sellers who complete relevant Seller Missions in the Growth Center – My Mission, will be eligible for platform fee waivers. Terms and conditions apply.
- Good Performing Sellers
Good Performance Sellers that complete the Diligence Mission can enjoy platform fee waiver for 30 days.

- Who will be charged the Commission Fee?
All TikTok Shop sellers on TikTok Shop platform in Philippines.
From January 15th, Philippine time, the Commission Fee rate is different for Marketplace Sellers and Mall Sellers.
- How will I be charged the Commission Fee?
The Commission Fee charges will be deducted directly from the order settlement. Only paid orders that have been successfully delivered to and accepted by the buyer. Cancelled or fully returned or refunded orders are not considered valid orders.
- Where can I check the details of the Commission Fee amount charged for my order?
- For orders that have yet to be settled, you may see it in TikTok Shop Seller Center -> Finance -> Transactions -> To settle -> View Details -> Estimated Settlement Details

- What does the refund process look like?
If the entire order is returned, the full commission fee will be refunded to the seller. If part of the order is refunded, the commission fee charged on the refunded item (s) will be refunded to the seller.
- Since this is a chargeable fee, will I receive an invoice describing the full Commission Fee amount TikTok Shop has charged me for the month?
- Yes, you will receive an invoice the following month for the previous month’s billing period. You may visit Finance -> Invoice Center -> Platform Service Fee to download the invoice.

- What if there is a new category on TikTok Shop and my product happens to fall under this category, what will be the Commission Fee rate?
We will assign a specific Commission Fee rate before the launch of the new category. However, take note that should there be no specific rates yet assigned for the new category, by default, the Marketplace Commission Fee rate is:
Before 00:00, January 15th, 2025: 6.10% for all sellers
From 00:00, January 15th, 2025:
6.70% for Marketplace sellers
7.70% for Mall sellers
- What happens if I am not sure what the Commission Fee Rate is for my products?
