1. Open the product batch editing page
On the product collection and store product pages, check the products that need to be operated, and then click the “Bulk Edit +” button. Due to different sites and categories of products, the information to be filled in is slightly different, it is recommended to batch edit products of the same category each time.

Second, batch edit product data
1. Select the data type to be edited
At the top of the page, select the information that needs to be edited, including category attributes, product images, basic information, price inventory, logistics information, etc., where the published products cannot edit category attribute information, it is recommended that the seller choose from “1. Category attributes” Start editing step by step.
2. Edit data in batches
2.1. Product selection area : By default, all products are checked for batch setting data, and sellers can select products for setting by themselves.
2.2. Data setting area : At the bottom of the page is the data batch setting area, where the specified data can be set in batches.
2.3. Expand / collapse batch button : Click this button to expand and collapse the data setting area.
2.4. Data selection area : You can select the product information that needs to be edited in batches.
2.5. Operation area : After setting the data format, you can click the “Apply” or “Translate” button to batch set the checked products. After setting, click the “Save” button; The checked product data is restored to the last modified data.
2.6. Single product operation area : You can click the “Edit”, “Translate”, “Restore”, “Single product edit” buttons to edit the current information of a single product.
3. Confirm information and release
Note: For published products, without this step, just click the “Update” button
Select the store to be published, and then select the category and attribute information of the product under the site.
3.1, Confirm & Publish : Confirm the modified product information, and save and publish it.
3.2. Product selection area : Check the products to be saved or released.
3.3. Store selection area: select the store that needs to be saved or released.
3.4. Operation area : If you click the “Save” button, only the data will be saved in the selected store, you can see the data on the “To be released” page, so as to postpone the release or scheduled release operation; if you click the “Publish” button, For immediate release to the designated store.
3. View products
You can see the status of the product in “Store Products-All Products”, such as successful release, successful update, pending release, failed release, scheduled release, etc., or you can choose to view store products in different states through the left menu.
Fourth, view the reason for the failure
