The courier number and delivery do not fill in the face sheet as required, resulting in the parcel delivery agent unable to identify the seller’s identity. At this time, the package will go to the package-problem page in the KeYouYun ERP. The seller can find his order here. Then proceed accordingly.

First, the freight forwarder handles unrecognized packages
1. If the freight forwarding service provider uses a barcode scanner to scan the package, the package cannot be queried in KeYouYun system, and a dialog box for problematic parts will appear in the lower right corner of the system. Please ask the freight forwarder to process the package to notify the seller !
1.1. If the recipient of the package has written KeYouYun ID, please fill in KeYouYun ID; (if not, please do not fill in, it will cause unnecessary problems)
1.2. Shelf number: The shelf where the freight forwarder puts the problem parcel can be recorded here to facilitate the retrieval of the problematic piece.
2. If the freight forwarder has dealt with the problematic piece, you can “mark processed” operation on the “shipment-problem piece” page
Second, the seller handles the problem
Note: If the freight forwarder cannot identify the seller’s identity of the parcel, the parcel will appear in the problem, please handle it in time!
1. Click on the left menu “Freight forwarding-problem parts”;
2. You can enter your own KeYouYun ID (at the top of the page: user ID) or enter the express delivery number to see whether it is in the problem, if found in the problem, the status is unrecorded, please express this The single number is associated with the order;
2.1. If the order is not packaged, please go to the “Order-All Orders” page and click on the package, then select this logistics provider, fill out the express number of this problem; (specific tutorial For details, see: KeYouYun Freight Forwarding Cover Sheet )
2.2. If you have already packaged the freight forwarding, please go to the “Freight Forwarding-Package Management” page to add the express number in the question. (For specific tutorials, please see: Frequently Asked Questions of KeYouYun )
3. If the operation has been carried out according to the requirements in 2, the status of the problematic item will become “recorded order”, then just wait for the freight forwarding process. If the freight forwarding process is completed, the status will become “processed”;
4. If the express order number of the problematic piece corresponds to multiple Shopee order numbers, you can perform the operation related to the Shopee order number:
