What is the Voucher Extra Program?
Voucher Extra Program (VXP) is a co-funded program for sellers. Sellers participating in this program can obtain high-subsidy-rate vouchers called Voucher Extra, increased user engagement and orders driven by the platform.
Sellers can join the program for a service fee and in return, they will receive exclusive vouchers that can only be claimed from multiple channels

The most direct way for a user to utilise Voucher Extra is to purchase the product and apply the voucher at check out, just like you would a typical voucher!
How to register for Voucher Extra Program (VXP)
To register for VXP, simply sign up through the link or follow the instructions below; enter the requested details and the Program Team will reach out with the outcome of your registration.
Sign-up for Voucher Extra Program
- Search for “Voucher Extra Program”
To register for Voucher Extra Program on Seller Center, click Campaigns -> Search for “Voucher Extra Program” and click Register to proceed with your registration.
- View Program Details
Information such as Benefits, Service Fee and Details will be displayed. Click Register Shop to agree with the Terms & Conditions and confirm your registration.
- After registration, sellers can check their registration status on the same detail page
Registration Status
Under Review: Platform is reviewing, Voucher Extra Vouchers are not LIVE
Approved: Platform approved, Voucher Extra Vouchers will be LIVE
Reject: Platform rejected registration
If the review is rejected, you will get a notification to inform you, with recommendations to apply for other resource packages. The reason for rejection will also be provided.
Withdraw under review: Withdrawal request has been submitted, awaiting the approval from the platform
Expired: The Program has ended or has been removed
Voucher Extra Project Service Fee
The Voucher Extra Program (VXP) service fee is charged upon a successfully completed orderie. Orders that are delivered to buyers, with no pending return/refund request and regardless of whether the order uses the Voucher Extra or not.
How to withdraw from Voucher Extra Program
Click Registration Record on the Campaign Details page
Find and click Withdraw in the Action column, to apply for withdrawal from the campaign
If the seller passes the Withdrawal restriction, the system will automatically approve the request. The campaign status will then be updated to Expired.

- Who can apply for this project? What are the criteria for enrollment in this project?
Sellers who meet our operation threshold (Seller ONRR T30 <1.92%, when # of orders ≥ 10) are eligible to join Voucher Extra Program (VXP).
- Is the Voucher Extra voucher stackable with other Seller & Platform Promotion?
Voucher Extra vouchers can be used together with all other Seller promotions, just like a normal voucher would!
Voucher Extra voucher is not stackable with the platform’s product vouchers. In this case, the system will choose the deepest discount voucher by default.
