Mega Discount Program (MDP) is a co-funded program from TikTok Shop that offers extra vouchers and flash sale subsidies exclusively to the buyers of joined sellers.
Sellers can join the “Mega Discount Voucher” to enjoy exclusive vouchers or join “Mega Flash Sale” to enjoy product subsidies. Sellers can enjoy a discount on service fee of Flashsale if they join both “Mega Discount Voucher” and “Mega Flash Sale”

Mega Discount Program Fee
Mega Discount Voucher
The Mega Discount Voucher Fee is charged as a percentage (%) of all successfully delivered orders for registered sellers.
Successfully delivered orders are defined as orders delivered and received successfully by the buyers, including:
- Orders delivered, completed with no after-sales request

Mega Flash Sale
The Mega Flash Sale Fee is charged as a percentage (%) of all successfully delivered products with a Flash Sale promotion in an order generated during the effective schedule period of FS promotion.
Successfully delivered with a Flash Sale promotion are defined as products delivered and received successfully by the buyers, including:
- Products delivered, completed with no after-sales request

Visit Seller Center > Finance > Settled records > View Details – VXP service fees

- How do I opt out of the Mega Discount Voucher Program?
We highly recommend that you stay in the Mega Discount Voucher, as it will help increase your sales. However, if you wish to opt out of this program, you can follow the guidance below or contact your Account Manager for assistance.
Click Registration Record on the Campaign Details page.
Click Withdraw in the Action column, to apply for withdrawal from the campaign.
Wait for your request to be approved. The campaign registration status will change from Approved or Suspended to Withdraw Under Review.
If you would like to cancel your withdrawal request, click the Cancel Withdraw button.
If your request is approved, the registration status will change to Expired.
Please note that after you opt out:
The Mega Discount Label will no longer be added to your products.
Mega Discount Vouchers will no longer be applied to your products.
For orders with Mega Discount Vouchers that were processed before you left the Mega Discount Voucher Program, the service fee will be charged as normal.
For orders placed after you leave, the service fee will not be charged.
Sellers are free to request withdrawal at any time. The request can take up to 14 days for approval.

- Who will be charged the Mega Flash Service Fee?
All sellers, whether Local-to-Local and Crossborder, will be subject to the FS Service Fee if they register to a FS promotion, and their products are enrolled in an ongoing FS schedule period.
This takes effect from 0:00, 1st of January, 2025, Philippines time (GMT+8).
- How will sellers be charged the Flash Sale Service Fee?
For orders generated from 00:00, January 1st, 2025 to 23:59, January 31st, 2025, Philippines time (GMT+8), any FS Service Fee incurred will be charged as a lump sum by 28th, Feburary, 2025.
For orders generated from 00:00, February 1st, 2025, Philippines time (GMT+8) and onwards, the FS Service Fee charges will automatically be deducted from each order settlement. Only paid orders that have been successfully delivered to and accepted by the customers are considered valid. Cancelled or fully returned or refunded orders are not considered valid orders.
For partially refunded orders by customers, the FS Service Fee will be refunded to sellers pro rata.
- Where can sellers check the details of the Flash Sale Service Fee amount?
For orders generated from 00:00, January 1st, 2025 to 23:59, January 31st, 2025, Philippines time (GMT+8), sellers will see a lump sum charge, marked as an “adjustment”, on 28th February, 2025.
