In order to enhance long-term services and platform development, TikTok Shop will be charging an Order Processing Fee of PHP 5 PHP 3 for every successfully delivered order, starting 00:00, 1st December, 2025, Philippines time (GMT+8).


What is the Order Processing Fee?
The Order Processing Fee is an amount that the platform charges all Philippine sellers for the processing of all successfully delivered orders. The Order Processing Fee allows TikTok Shop to continuously enhance its services, including improving platform experience, optimizing incentives, and introducing new tools, such as AI-assistant features, to deliver sustainable growth for sellers and improve the overall shopping experience.
The Order Processing Fee is charged for all successfully delivered orders. The Order Processing Fee for orders which have been successfully delivered but later returned or refunded, will not be refunded to sellers.


How much is the Order Processing Fee?
The Order Processing Fee is fixed at PHP 5 (tax inclusive) per successfully delivered order, regardless of the total order amount and the number of items placed.
To better support local sellers, the platform will offer a decreased fee of PHP 3 (40% off regular fee, tax inclusive) from 00:00, 1st December, 2025 until further notice. Any subsequent changes will be announced at least two weeks in advance to help sellers plan accordingly.
Concurrently, the platform will introduce waiver policies for all sellers, especially new sellers. More details on waiver policies can be found in the section “Waiver policies” below.

Waiver policies
The platform will waive the Order Processing Fee in an effort to better support new sellers and micro, small and medium enterprises, in accordance with the following rules.
On the 25th of each calendar month, the platform will categorize all sellers on the platform into new sellers and existing sellers:
New sellers are defined as sellers who have completed the submission of their first product listing in the past 90 days. The Order Processing Fee will be waived for all their orders for the whole next calendar month.
Existing sellers are defined as sellers who have completed the submission of their first product listing for more than 90 days. The Order Processing Fee will be waived for their first 50 orders of each calendar month from the next calendar month onward.
Below is an illustration of a seller who completes the submission of their first product lising on 1st October.




When is the Order Processing Fee charged?
The Order Processing Fee is charged when a successfully delivered order is settled. The Order Processing Fee for orders which have been successfully delivered but later returned or refunded for any reason, will not be refunded to sellers.

The Order Processing Fee can only be refunded to sellers if the order has not been delivered successfully. If the order is delivered successfully, even if it is later returned or refunded, the Order Processing Fee will not be refunded to sellers.
For orders that are not successfully delivered:
If the entire order is refunded, the full Order Processing Fee will be refunded to the seller.
If part of the order is refunded, the Order Processing Fee will not be refunded to the seller.
